Dom Development Service Portal

Using the ServiceNow Portal Designer, Branding Editor, and custom page CSS I designed this branded Service Portal. I also configured a dynamic widget to show the currently logged in user's incidents

Automated Linkedin Poster

This app allows a user to post to Linkedin from ServiceNow. I generated authentication keys from the Linkedin Developer website and used them to generate an OAuth token for ServiceNow. I stored the token in a credential alias within ServiceNow so that it could be used to access the API.

I then created two actions in the ServiceNow flow designer, one to retrieve my profile data from the API and one to then send a post request to the API.Then I created a flow that checks for errors throughout the process. If an error occurs it changes the record status to "Error". If it publishes successfully the record status changes to "Published"

Form with Client Side Scripting

This video demonstarates how I use scripting for form manipulation. I created several client scripts and UI polciies to make the Development Request form more intuitive.

This video showcases the client scrips that automatically generates a short description based on previous fields. How the change type's value is changed and set to read only when the new website option is selected for Website type. How certain fields and section are hidden when a new record is being generated. Also, how the requested for field is defaulted to the current user.

Portal and Catalog Item

This demo showcases the Service Portal I designed and the catalog item I built using the catalog designer from a custom application.

I created a catalog item from my Dev Request application and added it to this Service Catalog.

MJMVC Customer Service Portal

Using the ServiceNow Portal Designer, Branding Editor, and custom page CSS I designed this branded Customer Service Portal for the New Jersey MVC. I also configured a dynamic widget that can be used to search for all DMV related catalog items from the home page. When one is selected then an emebedded version of it's catalog page is shown within the widget.
